By accessing and using Caminho ao Altar, you agree to comply with and accept these terms. This service is intended for couples seeking wedding planning tools and digital invitations.

2. Subscription and Payment

Caminho ao Altar operates under a monthly subscription model priced at R$ 35.99.

• A cobrança é recorrente e processada via AbacatePay.
• Access to the "Pro" features is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
• If payment fails, access to editing tools and the couple's website may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We follow the Consumer Protection Code:

• Withdrawal: You may request a full refund within 7 days of the first subscription.
• Cancellation: The subscription may be canceled at any time from the Dashboard. The user keeps access until the end of the paid period, with no future charges.

4. Content Responsibility

Couples are solely responsible for the photos, texts, and information published on their websites. Offensive, illegal, or copyright-infringing content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Caminho ao Altar strives to maintain high availability, but is not responsible for temporary third-party interruptions such as AWS, Render, or Cloudinary failures.

6. Uso da Bela IA e Provedores de Inteligência Artificial

A Bela IA é uma ferramenta de apoio organizacional para planejamento de casamento. As mensagens enviadas pelo usuário podem ser processadas por provedores de inteligência artificial, como a OpenAI, para gerar respostas, interpretar solicitações e organizar recursos dentro da plataforma.

O usuário deve evitar enviar documentos, dados ou informações extremamente sensíveis que não sejam necessários para o uso da funcionalidade. As respostas geradas pela IA podem conter erros e devem ser revisadas pelo casal antes de qualquer decisão, envio, contratação, pagamento, salvamento ou download.
